单螺杆泵主要工作执行元件是由一对分别叫做定子和转子的零件组成：其中定子的形成是通过橡胶注塑机将加热到一定温度下而热熔后有流动性的橡胶注塑在一个特定的金属中空柱形模具里形成的内壁为不等厚度橡胶材料，而外壁为等厚度金属碳钢管组成的零件如图1所示；单螺杆泵的转子是通过加工机床切削加工而成的全金属异形杆件类零件，匀壁厚定子，普通单螺杆泵的工作原理就是通过类似单头螺纹的金属转子和类似双头螺母的橡胶定子之间的过盈配合，将360度方向螺旋缠绕的各自密封的空腔里面的介质，随着转子的转动，沿转子轴线螺旋输送出去，而达到工作目的。
等壁厚定子优势：

1.等壁厚定子是橡胶层薄而均匀，可以---螺杆泵运行时的散热效果，不会产生热---效应，而温度是影响定子寿命的敏感元素之一，等壁厚定子因有---的散热性能可以减缓橡胶的热老化，从而使用寿命比常规泵长。

2.均匀并且薄的橡胶层在设备运行过程中抗变形能力好，因而等壁厚定子螺杆泵单级承受的压力高，在相同工况运行下，可以减少泵的级别和定转子之前过盈的配合量，同时运转扭矩和系统于常规泵型，从而提高泵的使用性能。

which can reduce pump level&previous excess suitable quantity of stator and
